Dear shopping lovers, have you ever imagined suddenly finding yourself in the Land of Toys?
Who has never wished, at least once in their life, to find themselves walking in a sort of enchanted land, made of shops and boutiques ready to satisfy your every desire and craving? Possibly ultra-chic, with gorgeous marble floors you can stroll around for hours on end, looking for the perfect purchase…
Well, if you are still looking for a place that fits this description and that actually exceeds your every expectation, you must make a trip to the Eaton Centre. Ok, it is located in Toronto, Canada: not exactly around the corner for us in the Bel Paese, but if you are ever over there for whatever reason, you must check it out. If for no other reason than to admire the fine Italian workmanship used for the renovation: Santamargherita marble and quartz agglomerate floors.
A hub for luxury and cheap shopping lovers alike, the Eaton Centre is not just any old shopping centre: it is THE shopping centre par excellence. Four floors dedicated to shoppers of all budgets, the inevitable and cosy food court on the ground floor, ready to satisfy everyone’s tastes. In addition to being a true shopping temple known around the world, the Eaton Centre is also a magnificent building located in the heart of Toronto, with an underground that takes you directly inside where, in addition to the hundreds of shop windows, you can take in the sumptuous Santamargherita marble and quartz agglomerate floors used in the recent renovation of 2012.
It is true that there are all kinds of shopping centres: indeed, the Eaton Centre is definitely an upper level choice, to use a euphemism, but it is a must for anyone visiting Toronto. Basically, in one word, it is worth a visit. There is a reason why the Toronto Eaton Centre, inaugurated in 1977, is located right along Yonge Street and is the beating and lively heart of Downtown, a must-see for tourists and certainly one of the favourite places for residents, who really find everything and more here to meet any purchase requirement. Over 300 stores, including high end international brands and fast fashion chains.
Essentially we are at the center of the shopping universe. But let’s look around: what do we see? We cannot help but notice the beautiful floors: all-Italian marble and quartz agglomerate floors, chosen by the designers during the great renovation that gave new light to the building in 2012. The decision – in the design stage – to radically change the surfaces led the designers and architects of the Eaton Centre to focus on a product that would guarantee maximum aesthetics with minimum maintenance: Santamargherita with its SM Quartz was the perfect answer to meet the desired technical specifications and was ideal for the color customisation according to the customer’s requests.
Thanks to Santamargherita marble floors and quartz surfaces, Toronto’s Eaton Centre is now a super-functional space, but above all, a beautiful place to see and experience.
